Apart from this exception, no rights are granted to the customer to use any photography without the prior written express permission of MyFrozenPhoto.

Images ordered for download should be with the customer within 24 hours of purchase. Prints should be delivered 7 to 10 days after order. Please note MyFrozenPhoto can not be held responsible for any delays with the postal service.

Although we strive for the highest quality of images, refunds will be granted if images are not deemed to be of professional standard by MyFrozenPhoto.

Personal details are required so that your order can be processed. We will not store your details apart from to process your order. We do not store credit/debit card details.

Photographs purchased online are for personal use only. If you wish to use our photographs for non-personal use please contact us for pricing and usage terms. We will not release images of children to the media without the permission of the parents or guardians. Copyright remains with MyFrozenPhoto.com of all images displayed on the site.

We will endeavour to keep this website error free, and ensure that access is uninterrupted. However, this cannot be guaranteed. MyFrozenPhoto will need to suspend the website at time for repairs and improvements. We will try to keep any suspensions to a minimum.
